Whether you want us to design a new custom home with you or you love your location and want to love your home again with a renovation, we can make that happen.
We handle all renovation sizes from small scope to extremely large scope renovations.

Our team provides 3D renderings and floor plans at every step of the design process to ensure we are all on the same page with the same vision of what you want.
We have over 40 years of experience building in rural North Central Texas. We understand what it takes to take a raw piece of land and create a home you will be proud of and love.
We predominately build projects within 70 miles of Stephenville, Texas, however, if you are a bit farther out, we would be happy to visit with you about your project to see how we can help you.
We design and build with the following standards, as a minimum:
6” exterior walls (unless budget dictates 4” exterior walls)
Spray foam insulation – Open Cell in exterior walls and under roof deck
Foundation – poured with 3500 PSI
Zip System Sheathing on exterior walls

We live on our Lowrey Family Ranch near Stephenville, Texas (Cowboy Capital of the World). This ranch has been in our family for over 100 years. We are fifth, sixth, and seventh generation Texans. We are proud Texas Aggies and Tarleton Texans. We love living and working in the Great State of Texas.
We are third and fourth generation custom home builders and are planning for our fifth generation to come on board in the next few years.
We design, build, and renovate custom homes that will meet your family’s needs with your input every step of the way. The home we will design with you reflects how your family wants to live in your new home for now and years to come. We provide floor plans and 3D renderings for the interior and exterior based on your choices during the design process. This gives you a true vision of what your home will be. We work with you via Zoom calls sharing our design screens and 3D walk throughs for real-time updates.
As a custom home builder, we design and build the style you want. You are not limited on design choices. We build traditional farm and ranch homes, luxurious modern ranch lake homes, traditional barndominiums, custom barndominium hybrid homes, and offer homes with low maintenance options for the future. We meet with you at your property before design begins to review the best building site based on your preference, home location, home design and views. Our core business model is building on raw undeveloped land in rural areas on ranches, farms, and lakes. We understand what it takes to develop the entire site for your home: roads, water well, septic system, utilities, pad work, fencing, gates, sprinkler systems, etc.
We like to know how you want to live in your home so we know how to achieve what you want with your design.

We can include upstairs and downstairs laundry rooms. We can locate laundry rooms adjacent to bathrooms or even in the bathroom. We can also incorporate as many smart features in your home as you want. The possibilities are endless when we design your custom home with you.

Where Do We Build?
We currently build within a 50 mile radius of Stephenville, Texas, which includes Morgan Mill, Weatherford, Brock, Millsap, Granbury, Glen Rose, Comanche, Dublin, Mineral Wells, Clifton, Cleburne, Tolar, and everywhere in between.
